Pawaco provides B2B technology services, including the development and deployment of AI systems. Our services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the results or outcomes of using our services.

To use some of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pawaco and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pawaco.

In no event shall Pawaco, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
